As an Architect with extensive experience in the fields of Architectural Design and project inspection, for both public and private sector, and after being contacted by numerous clients seeking help to clarify many problems related to endless timelines, budget overruns, extra costs, incomplete designs and blueprints, in 2007 creates Rich Coast Construction Audits, the first company of its kind in Costa Rica.

Mr. Aguilar’s experience includes, but not limited to:
